2020 Foresight

A vital part of our mission is to amplify the work of professional futurists and their organizations. To this end, we are proud to partner and collaborate with remarkable thought leaders in foresight and futures studies around the world.

Abundant World Institute has also declared 2020 the “Year of the Futurist,” to include the planned “2020 Foresight” conference, as well as a year-long raft of media programs dedicated to:

• Celebrating the vital role of professional futurists
• Recognizing outstanding achievements
• Creating greater awareness of foresight studies
• Featuring futurists of all stripes in interviews, videos, and other media
• Inspiring the next generation of futurists
• Presenting student essay prizes

We’ll also be creating a global directory of futurist and foresight professionals, complete with bio, contact information, website links, books, speakers’ bureau information, and other resources.
